We are recruiting for the hugely successful Welsh Financial Graduate Programme starting in September 2019. Our existing graduates have set a high bar – and our employer consortium continue to be impressed by the calibre of talent on the Programmes. So much so, that 95% of our graduates are offered permanent positions within the consortium.
