Job Title: Forecasting and Capacity Planning Manager
Salary: £27,400 – £41,500 depending on skills and experience + annual bonus

You will work with stakeholders from across the business to accurately forecast customer demand to the contact centres for resource planning and budget purposes.
You’ll build relationships with key stakeholders, becoming the natural point of contact for advice & guidance on the campaigns & initiatives SSE undertakes. You’ll share your expertise on anticipated response rates, ensuring we’re able to resource the contact centres and offer consistently great service to customers.
In addition, you’ll be constantly seeking opportunities to grow the business, understanding our customer base & where we can offer additional products and services to save our customers money.
As a senior role within the department you will be responsible for supporting the Resource Teams in the development of new models, and be involved in the operational running of the department. You will have direct responsibility for one of the product channels, allowing you to demonstrate your leadership skills by creating an environment for innovation and excellence. Where required, you will also take delegated responsibility from the Operational Managers.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you need to show a commitment for continuous improvement, so will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing multi-channel environment. You will understand capacity planning within contact centres and be an analytical thinker and problem solver with the proven ability to distil complex information and communicate on a variety of levels. The role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills as well as being comfortable making critical decisions within tight time-scales
