37 hours per week (shift patterns will be within our call centre opening times Monday to Friday 08.00 – 20.00 and Saturday 08.30 – 13.30, Saturdays are covered on a rota basis)

You’ll definitely need to be able to listen and stay focused on what the customer wants, love talking to people and get a buzz from making customers feel special. But you don’t need call centre experience to be successful.

The working hours during our four week induction programme are Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00, before commencing your agreed shift pattern. You’ll get the support you need to enable you to deliver outstanding customer service.
