We are recruiting for the hugely successful Welsh Financial Graduate Programme starting in September 2019. Our existing graduates have set a high bar – and our employer consortium continue to be impressed by the calibre of talent on the Programmes. So much so, that 95% of our graduates are offered permanent positions within the consortium.

Building upon the impressive results so far, we are looking for outstanding graduates who are looking to gain an accelerated experience, contributing to real world projects combined with academic excellence.

What is it all about?

The Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme is a collaborative two year full-time programme of work, training and academic study unique to Wales, designed and delivered by leading financial services organisations which aims to recruit 40 graduates in order to develop a talent pool of industry professionals.

Participating employers include Admiral, Atradius, Vauxhall Finance UK plc, DS Smith, Hodge Bank, Lexis Nexis, V12 Retail Finance, Composite Legal Expenses, Development Bank of Wales, Optimum Credit, Principality Building Society,  Legal & General, Motonovo & the Monmouthshire Building Society.

The project is partly funded by the European Social Fund.
