UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE PRESTIGIOUS WELSH FINANCIAL SERVICES GRADUATE PROGRAMME
The WFSGP is a unique graduate development programme delivered by between leading financial services employers, academia and managed by the Welsh Finance Services Forum. The programme is partly funded by the European Social Fund.
We are seeking 6 talented and highly motivated graduates with a 1st / 2.1 degree, to join the programme from March 2018 and particularly keen to attract graduates with STEM related degrees.

This is a highly sought after opportunity to find your future career by sampling a wide spectrum of job roles and corporate cultures, via 3 x 6 month placements across risk, finance, strategy, commercial account management, change management, innovation etc.
You will also benefit from studying a fully funded, postgraduate qualification, designed to give you an excellent grounding in financial services skills required by employers in areas such as risk, analysis & innovation etc.
Graduates with the right attitude and skills can gain high value work experience, a post graduate qualification, a large network of senior contacts and opportunity to apply for permanent positions as they arise. Whilst we are unable to guarantee permanent positions, 95% of our programme graduates secure permanent roles by programme end.

Please note shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake online testing and a panel interview with representatives from the participating employers and must be available to commence the programme early March.
We are unable to process visa applications. Successful applicants will be employed on 3x 6 month fixed term contracts for the duration of the programme. All consortium employers are based in Cardiff or surrounding area and are accessible by public transport.
