This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Customer Centre operation as a Sales Advisor. You will be the front line of Virgin Atlantic, taking inbound enquiry calls from new and existing customers and Flying Club (frequent flyer) members.

Day to day

You will need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with excellent social skills and a natural ability to engage with customers and make them feel special.
It is a busy role, so working accurately under pressure is key. Previous experience working in a target driven environment would be an advantage, but not essential. To set you up for success we offer comprehensive and on-going training, with over 90 different topics to cover and ongoing assessments. You will therefore be IT confident and competent.
This is no 9-5 role; Virgin Atlantic customers call us from around the globe, so we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our shifts require you to work between the hours of 7am and 11pm, between Monday and Sunday.
