As Customer Service Executive you will be the first point of contact for our customers and you will be expected to deliver a first class customer experience at all times. You will also carry out a variety of administrative tasks and so will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide a first class response and telephone manner in dealing with inbound/outbound calls and in line with DPA and compliance procedures.

Carry out administrative tasks in relation to processing new applications, taking debit card and cheque payments, general customer enquiries ensuring that customer information is handled safely and sensitively and in line with company and compliance procedures.

– Ensure accuracy of data inputting.

– Carry out additional administrative tasks as and when required.

– Ensure all personal performance, quality and productivity targets are achieved.

– Attend 6 monthly development and performance reviews.

Skills and Experience:

– Previous experience of working in a customer focused role

– Knowledge of processes, systems and screens

– Motivation skills to drive ideas/improvements

– Courteous & confident telephone manner

– Strong verbal and written communication skills
