Location:
The successful candidate will be based at our Cardiff Contact Centre, working with a new global client within the energy industry.

Reporting Relationships:
The jobholder will report to a Customer Experience Leader.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Thursday 10:30AM – 8:00PM
Friday 10:30AM – 6:00PM
Saturday 9:30AM – 6:00PM

The role:
Your role will be to provide an excellent customer experience for all customers with our energy client. You will help customers with queries while making sure they feel like the number one priority and are fully informed about the options and services available to them.

What we`re looking for:
– Minimum 6 months customer service experience
– Conscientious and reliable individual who is self-motivated
– Friendly personality, shows confidence and pride in delivering excellent service
