Job Title: Change and Release Co-ordinator

Job Description

The job:

As a Change & Release Co-ordinator you will be responsible for ensuring all IT Delivery software releases run smoothly through the software delivery life cycle, including development, system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, production release and post production support.

The Change & Release Co-ordinator will work closely with the IT & Business Change Delivery Teams, OAT, Integration Testers, ITOPS and Infrastructure Services to ensure test environments are fit for purpose and ready for scheduled software releases.

What you’ll do:

-Construct detailed implementation plans for each phase of a release

-Ensure each release is accurately delivered, on time to the correct environment

-Ensure all stakeholders have been made aware of planned activity

-Utilise code deployment automation tools and techniques when available.

-Ensure that Change and Release Management procedures are accurately followed in a timely manner.

What we are looking for:

The successful individual will have excellent communication skills coupled with a strong analytical ability. Experience of IT Service Management would be advantageous, as would strong skills in MS Office, SharePoint, Supportworks and Octopus.
