The job:

We have a vacancy within the Business Transformation & Change function for a Business Architect.

The Business Architect plays a key role in translating the Society’s business strategy into a defined operating model both current and future, with aligned capabilities; defined outcomes; associated transition states to achieve the outcomes; and the impact to relevant business processes and key performance levers of the Society. The Business Architect works to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques to maintain models and artefacts identifying strategy, process, blueprints, and operating models.

What you will do:

– Developing / maintaining target operating model

– Working with senior stakeholders to understand strategy & shape plans for change

– Impact assessing projects & solutions against the target operating model

– Engaging with stakeholders across the business and change teams to develop appropriate solutions

– Creating / maintaining Business Architecture assets such as process and capability frameworks

What we are looking for:

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of business architecture experience including developing target operating models; impact assessing new change initiatives; providing design guidance & assurance to projects as well as outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates will have a thorough understanding of Business Architecture best practice and industry techniques.
