Job Description

The role and purpose of an Agreement Review Officer is to establish with the lender if PPI was applicable on the clients financial agreement(s). The ARO is then required to carry out an account update for the customer with the returned information by the lender.

This is a vital role within the business and requires the successful candidate to be comfortable with analytical reporting.

Duties and responsibilities

– Sending/receiving client information to determine if PPI was present on customers financial agreements

– Completing a full account update with the returned information from the lender

– Safeguard all information is updated regularly

– Confirm and evaluate all allocated work on a daily basis

– Ensure the relevant “Trackers” are updated with lenders responses

– The ability to multi-task without affecting any allocated task

– Support and contribute to ad-hoc duties when required

– Able to demonstrate the company values – (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Dynamism, Excellence)

Essential Requirements:

– Strong communication skills, oral and written

– Analytical and logistic

– IT literate e.g. excel, word

– Meticulous, attention to detail

– Organised and efficient

– Flexible and adaptable

Desirable requirements:

– Experience in working in a fast moving pressurised environment

– Previous experience in reporting, excel spreadsheets
